Grade 2 listed house....

This property suffered rotten timbers which caused serious damp problems through areas of the house. Also over the years through repairs and additions, walls had been painted and rendered to cover mis matched bricks and stonework.

Rotten timber and damaged render where cleaned back to sound material. Resin was used in conjunction with new timber to build back the effected timbers. Render panels where then treated and replaced to prevent further water ingress.
Finally painted brick and stonework was sand blasted back to original material where pointing was made good to blend with the original building.
